The Sangiovese Cabernet 2021 is 65% Sangiovese and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon. Sour cherries, sweet plums with hints of forest floor on an elegant backbone of soft tannins and balanced acidity make this wine probably our closest to an Italian standard yet. The Sangiovese Cabernet drinks well now yet will cellar well for another 6 to 10 years.
