Shiraz 2013 - Tasting Notes 20.05.2015
First impressions are blueberries, eucalypt, pine needles. The oak is not obvious now but it will become more apparent with time. Rounded smooth tannins. I tasted the same bottle the day after, and the Shiraz had developed a more charred wood character, together with spice and black cherries.
